All orders ship USPS priority mail. Tracking will be provided via email once your purchase ships. Most items ship in 7-10 days. Shipping cost is $8. Orders over $75 ship for free.
Catherine Stewart currently ships to US addresses only. No international shipping is available at this time.
When will my purchase ship?
Most items are made-to-order, expect up to 7-10 days for your jewelry purchase to be handcrafted for you. If you request a photo of your piece before it ships, your purchase will ship upon approval of the photo.
Do you gift wrap? Will you include a personalized message with my gift purchase?
All Catherine Stewart jewelry comes tucked inside a reusable gift bag and wrapped in tissue paper, perfect for gift giving. If you are purchasing a gift click the "this is a gift" button to add a "gift message". Alternately, send me your "gift message" at check-out or via email from the Contact Me page.
What are eGift Cards and how do they work?
eGift cards work just like gift cards without the card, bonus no plastic waste. Your eGift card recipient will receive a virtual card by email redeemable at catherinestewartjewelry.com. When you purchase an eGift card select "this is a gift" to enter the recipients name, email, and schedule a delivery date. That way you can order at your convenience and make sure it arrives on that special date (her birthday, Christmas, Mother's day).
What are your return and exchange policies?
I always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be in the original method of payment, less shipping, if you received free shipping ($8 shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund). Returned items must be packed in their original packaging (or equivalent, to avoid damage) and in their original unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
